The STI Mud Trax tyre is made for the rider that wants a great balance between a heavy bogger and comfortable trail tyre. With the Mud Trax you’re looking at a tyre with an aggressive layout of 1 1/8inch deep tread (for the 26 inch size option) on top of a tough 6 ply carcass that gives the Mud Trax the great foundation needed for a mudding tyre.
The Mud Trax also has a "V"-shaped center lug and an extended wear rubber compound body, meaning it rides smoothly on hard dirt and transitions well from mud onto packed terrain. Perfect for when you need to cross hard pack to get to your favorite mud hole.
