Landcruiser 80 Front Mount Intercooler Kit

S1 kit pictured.
Toyota Landcusier 80 series factory turbo, front mount intercooler S1 kit using 450x300x76mm core size, bar & plate front mount intercooler 2 inch alloy mandrel bent piping, silicone hoses & clamps this kit suits factory and aftermarket turbo kits.
The smaller core 280x300x76mm side mount S1 kits are designed for winch clearance.
The only modification required installing the S1 kit is replacement of the bonnet support brace which is supplied as part of the kit.

The S2 Kit has been developed to improve the performance of your vehicle even further. Added benefits of this S2 kit includes an improved bar and plate core, 2 and 2,5 inch piping and a billet CNC machined 90 degree adaptor that faces forward giving greater potential for gains in torque depending on complementary modifications made.
The S2 kit requires cutting one hole and enlargement of an existing hole in the radiator support panel. This allows better clearance and moves pipes away from running down under the front of the vehicles and in the wheel arches. The improved ground clearance and excellent winch clearance makes this a great kit for maximum performance and reliability with ease of fitment in mind.
The S2 intercooler kit is designed for all those that want the ability to make big horse power and at the same time looking for increased reliability when towing or touring. The kit has been designed to allow a winch to be easily fitted whilst still using the S2 core. The intercooler is mounted up higher than the S1 kits and the piping runs through the radiator support panel for shortened piping, reduced number of silicone joins and enhanced response.

The 12 valve, 1HDT engine kits also suit after market turbo kits fitted to the 1HZ engine.

All kits have the potential for up to 37% increase in power and torque.
