Rock Assault Power/Hydraulic Steering Pump 1650psi

The Trail-Gear Power Flow™ 1650 psi Power Steering Pump has been designed and engineered to provide ultimate performance in hydraulic ram steering applications. It is a direct replacement for "TC" and "CB" style pumps.
The body of the pump is constructed of steel to increase reliability and decrease wear. It is equipped with heavy-duty hardened internals, large bushings and an oversized shaft making it ideal for high HP motors with greater radial loads.
The Power Flow™ Pump has one of the highest flow rates in the industry and maintains flow consistency across all RPMs. It will not bypass early.
The body of the pump is constructed of steel to increase reliability and decrease wear. It is equipped with heavy-duty hardened internals, large bushings and an oversized shaft making it ideal for high HP motors with greater radial loads.
The pumps puts out 17 liters per minute (4.5 US gallons per minute) and 113.8 bar (1,650psi). Each pump is bench tested to ensure quality.
The pump will run all full hydraulic applications popularly used in rock crawling.
The pump has #6 JIC male fitting on the pressure port and #10 JIC fitting on the suction side.
The pulleys are precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 Aluminum and anodized for corrosion-resistance. The center hole bore diameter is 16.8mm (0.662 inch).
The 4 rib serpentine pulley fits 2.7L and 3.4L Tacoma applications and many other common serpentine belt applications that use a 4 rib belt.
The 6 rib pulley works with Toyota and LS V8 engines or any application using a 6 rib belt.
Note: Using anything other than a power steering pulley installer to install your pulley on this pump will void the warranty.
Never use ATF or a semi-synthetic blend fluid This will void the warranty. Use standard power steering fluid. Full synthetic fluid is no longer recommended.
Maximum pump RPM is 7,000 RPM
Mounting bolt spacing approx 180mm centres and 55mm deep.
