Trail-Ready HD Series Beadlocked Alloy Wheel are a 'Born as a Beadlock' wheel featuring a 6061 T6 beadlock secured with 5/16 grade 8 bolts. The ring is precision machined for countersunk bolts and features a knurled bead surface.
The HD Series beadlock wheel has proven itself with multiple racing championships and is regularly used on and off the road in diverse applications from the US Military to Jimco Trophy Trucks, King of the Hammers racers to tow vehicles.
Max load 1723kg (3800lb).
Backspace: 4 inches
Fully assembled beadlock rim weighs approx 13kg.
Wheels are DOT compliant. However, real beadlock wheels are still marked as “intended for off road use” because of the one variable we have no control over, the tyre and its operation and maintenance needed for some tyre wheel combinations. Trail-Ready choose to mark the wheels this way and let the end user decide how to use the wheels to fit their needs
Wheels come complete with instructions, valve stem, lock ring, assembly hardware and decals.

All Trail Ready beadlocks sport a rock solid 3/8" thick 6061 T6 billet aluminum clamp ring. Gold zinc plated 5/16" grade 8 bolts are protected by counter boring each hole so you won't be snapping or rounding off bolts.
Machined finish.
Bead spacers are required for wide bead tyres like Simex Extreme Trekker, Silverstone MT117 Xtreme and some Super Swampers.
Because rims are DOT compliant they can be used on the road in New Zealand without a Low Volume Vehicle Certificate (LVVC). Wheel offset may require LVVC on some vehicles. LVVTA won't currently certify these rims.
Rims can also be used as 15 x 8.5 Beadlook (fake beadlock).
Rims must be assembled and maintained in accordance with the instructions using the correct torque setting to achieve proper and safe operation.
NB: Beadlock rims are designed for extreme off road and competition use. Although these wheels are suitable for on road use, we don't recommend them for non competition vehicles.
