Patrol GU Longfield 30 Spline Chromoly CV Axle Superset Gun Drilled

The Rock Assault Nissan Patrol birfield housing is made out of forged 4340 chromoly steel. The axle shafts are also made out of 4340 chromoly steel. The internals of our Rock Assault Nissan Patrol birfields are made out of 300M chromoly steel. The CV side of the axle shafts are 30-spline and the diff side is 31-spline.
The average failure rate was consistently at 8500 ft. lbs. of applied torque at a 30 degree angle.
NB:Some minor clearancing of the knuckle ball may be required.
