Terrain Tamer ADR approved drum to disc brake conversion kit.
This kit has been independently tested against OEM equipment to be compatible with vehicle electronics including electronic stability control.
Disc brakes greatly improve the rear braking system, reducing braking distance, improving braking while towing and load carrying.
The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware to complete the conversion, including Geomet coated slotted disc rotors and brake pads.
Use kit TTBCK011 for FZJ/GRJ/HZJ 76/78/79, VDJ 76/78.
Use kit TTBCK011B for FZJ 78/79 and VDJ 79
The TTBCK011B version of this kit is an upgraded kit more suited for underground mining, with the TTBCK011 kit the pipes need to be massaged into place so new pipes are an easy fit. This kit also has new backing plates and Electric Park Brake motor covers.
