Navara D22 Chromoly Heavy Duty Upper Control Arms

Superior Engineering upper control arms are designed to correct the balljoint angle and correct wheel alignment figures when you lift your D22 Navara over 50mm.
These arms are made from 38.1mm OD heavy wall 4130 chromoly tube, and then powder coated in a hard wearing silver finish. All hardware is supplied in the kit to make these an easy bolt in application with no modifications needed to the vehicle.
Plate steel style arms have very little strength built into them. The Superior Engineering upper control arms have been extensively FEA tested to ensure maximum strength is retained in the event of an impact with the front wheels.
These upper control arms can be used on any height lift with no problems but are designed for 50mm to 75mm lifts.
The bump stop striker is relocated to allow additional down travel meaning you can get more wheel travel. The correct size shocks are required to maximise suspension travel.
These upper control arms have the most clearance around the shock absorbers allowing big bore shocks to be used without the risk of the arms making contact with them.
Polyurethane bushes are used at the chassis pivot point to enable unrestricted movement of the arms and have multiple grease-nipples fitted. Spherical bearings are utilised to connect the spindle to the arm. A grease cap is used to retain the grease in the spherical and keep dirt and grime out.
