Should a product be received 'dead on arrival', or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Delivery is only available within New Zealand. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. We reserve the right of non delivery for any address we deem as suspicious and are unable to verify. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
